Exercise Programs

Cabbagetown Youth Centre loves to support a healthy lifestyle.

We have two great programs run by some wonderful instructors using our space on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

On Monday we have Gina running her Essentrics program that focuses on mobility, strength, flexibility and range of motion.

On Wednesdays Brenda runs her wonderfully popular step class.
