BGC Toronto Kiwanis to provide After-school Programming at Rose Avenue Public School

August 12, 2021

Earlier this summer, Community Matters Toronto and BGC Toronto Kiwanis (BGCTK) announced a partnership that saw BGCTK providing a five-week summer day camp at Rose Avenue Public School.

Today, we are happy to share that BGC Toronto Kiwanis will be the provider of after-school programming for students at Rose Avenue Public School this fall.  BGCTK is an authorized recreation provider and a High Five Accredited organization.

For the last 100 years, BGC Toronto Kiwanis has been providing opportunity to kids and teens in the Regent Park, Cabbagetown, St. James Town, and Trinity Bellwoods communities. In late 2020, BGC Toronto Kiwanis announced their merger with Cabbagetown Youth Centre (CYC) to ensure CYC programs & services continue to be available to the community for many years to come. We are excited to extend those opportunities to the families at Rose Avenue Public School.

After-School programming will begin at Rose Avenue Public School on Monday, September 13th.  REGISTER HERE for the 2021-2022 After-school Program.  Please note: All registrations through Community Matters to date will automatically be registered for the coming school year.
