Registration Dates
- After School Program registration begins May 4
- Summer Camp Registration will begin on March 16
- Registration does not automatically renew year to year. Children and youth must re-register annually for each program – this includes programs such as after-school, break days and summer camp.

STEAM Program
The STEAM program is an educational approach that blends Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics into hands on, inquiry based learning facilitating students to develop skills such as communication, teamwork, resilience, and creative thinking, all essential for future careers and everyday life.
Each of our 6 program sites actively participates in the STEAM program year round.

Apply For A Fee Subsidy
We offer a limited number of subsidies to support families who need financial assistance to access our programs.
How to apply and process
Subsidies are need-based, not first come, first served and all applications are reviewed after the deadline.
- Application Deadline: June 19, 2026
- Decision Notification: June 22-25, 2026
Because funding is very limited, we ask families to apply only for the level of support they need. Subsidies are typically offered as partial support, and families should expect to contribute a portion of the program cost.
Submitting a subsidy application does not reserve or hold a spot in the program. A limited number of spots in each session are set aside for subsidy applicants, but availability cannot be guaranteed
In some cases, we may follow up to request additional information or documentation to support your application.
Subsidies are not guaranteed and are subject to available funding. Late applications will only be considered if funding remains available.
